How do I book an appointment?

You can also book with us by calling us at (775) 433-1600, but we'd like to note that we do NOT have a receptionist, we are a collection of individual therapists.  Our therapists answer calls as they come into the office. We will return calls in the order that they are received.

Please do not email us to book appointments.  Emails are for non-urgent messages and general correspondence between clients and HAB management.

Do you have available appointments not shown on your website?

No, what is shown as available on our website is typically what we have available.

Do you offer couples massages or sessions for two people at the same time?

At this time Holistic Arts Bodywork does not offer couple's sessions.  Because we are a bodywork based facility as opposed to a spa, our sessions are tailored towards individual needs and pain management.  We are happy to make dual appointments for couples in separate rooms when room and therapists are available.  Availability for two therapists simultaneously can take some time to book, anywhere from 2-6 weeks out, so please plan ahead.

I bought a Groupon/Living Social Voucher.  How do I book an appointment?

Click the link below to book your appointment.  No credit card it required as these have already been paid for.  Choose the service that applies to your purchase, then continue to the booking process. Please pay close attention to which therapists offer the service you've purchased as not all therapists in our facility are offering Groupons at this time.


Please enter the voucher number (# under the barcode) into the appointment notes.

Please note that no-shows agree to forfeit their vouchers, and said vouchers will be redeemed to pay therapists for their time.

Do you price match Groupon/Living Social Offers?

Yes we sure do!  Call for more info.  New clients only.

Do you accept walk-in clients or can I get a same-day appointment?


We are not currently accepting walk-ins. Because space is limited, we cannot guarantee same-day appointments. Our talented staff is high in demand, so be sure to plan well ahead for your appointment. We highly encourage you to check our booking website daily (link below) for next day cancellations though, and of course you can always call first thing in the morning!  let management know if you'd like to be added to a cancellation list.

Why is a credit card required to book?

It is nearly impossible to re-book a therapist when clients no-show or cancel last minute. Without this protective mechanism, the therapist then does not get paid for their time. This practice reduces no-shows and encourages client accountability.  When booking appointments, the card is not charged. We understand life happens, so when last-minute changes occur, please call us so we can help!

I have a pre-paid package/Gift Card.  How do I book?

Click the link below to book.  Choose your therapist/service, etc.  While a credit card is required to book, it will NOT be charged.  If you'd rather not do all of that, you are welcome to make sure you've got your appointments booked in advance with your therapist.

Will my insurance cover my visit?

At this time we do not take insurance for massage therapy services. We are happy to provide printed and emailed receipts for insurance reimbursement.
